Product launch venues to create an impact
From the dramatic unveiling of a new car at a motor show, to more contemporary showcases where products are trialled, used, explained and discussed, product launches are key in helping to keep a product or service front of mind.
Product launches are no longer a press release and a picture – they're an experience pulled together by sophisticated marketing professionals and curated to leave a message that resonates long after. It’s no wonder they use events.
Do something unusual
How a new product is launched is as much of a brand statement as the purpose and quality of the product. That's why venue selection is so important for the big event.
There are some basic requirements: accessibility, space – outdoors and in – that can accommodate the smallest tech product or a largest outdoor vehicle. There needs to be audio-visual facilities that deliver relevant information to the audience within the venue, as well as to the wider world.
However, after that, the venue itself needs to support the brand messages and this is where we come in. Our product launch venues make a statement. From the historical significance of Hatfield House to the contemporary vibe of the Museum of Science and Innovation; from places of innovation and discovery to drama and theatre; to the home of England Rugby to the home of the greatest footballing underdog story ever told at King Power Stadium.
These venues can send messages about pride, success, spirit and passion. New products can share a platform with historic scenes of drama; they can create their own brand links to the venue and even use them as an endorsement of the product before the launch has even begun.
We take the comfort of your guests seriously, so you can rest assured that each of our venues follows essential Covid-19 safety measures.
Do something memorable
We especially love the new approach to food we're seeing from event organisers – a rapidly growing trend that is seeing brand experts using food to underline the messages they want to send through an event – and none more so than at a product launch venue. Our chefs get incredibly excited about this sort of thing; they love being challenged to come up with new dishes that are in-keeping with the product or brand that is being launched.
In the past, we’ve created dishes with logos made with jus; we’ve served canapés on hub caps at car launches, we’ve built on-table stands out of products so the food is displayed more innovatively, and we’ve even dispensed with tables and chairs altogether and sat people on hay bales to get the right atmosphere for a certain outdoor product.
Great products deserve to be launched in a way that's memorable, that resonates and that excites as well as informs. We’re lucky to be working with some of the biggest and most dynamic brands in the UK and we love doing our own little bit to support them.
