Meetings at Royal Berkshire Conference Centre

The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre provides an unusual and exciting backdrop to meetings. With a range of modern rooms to choose from, all with the latest technology and support from an onsite AV team, the venue is fast becoming a popular choice for corporate events. The modern facilities are complemented by fantastic catering and award winning service.

Executive Boxes

All of the Executive Boxes offer fantastic views over the pitch through their floor to ceiling windows, are fully air conditioned and fitted with plasma television and boardroom tables. Ideal for meetings of up to ten people or as break out rooms for large events and conferences.

The Boardroom

The Club Boardroom is a modern and professional space, that is ideal for the most important meetings. Equipped with a large boardroom table, executive leather seats and a 50” plasma screen there is room for up to 16.

The Director’s Lounge

Located on the second floor is one of the most luxurious meeting and event spaces. The Director’s Lounge has access to a balcony overlooking the pitch, providing the room with an abundance of natural light. The modern furnishings are complimented by traditional club memories, and is sure to impress any football fan. The Lounge can cater for up to 60 guests.

The Trophy Room

Another meeting space for football fans, The Trophy Room is adorned with a range of old club photos and club trophies (including the Championship trophy). A spacious room with wall mounted plasma screens the Trophy Room can accommodate up to 32 guests, making it perfect for meetings, workshops and seminars.

The Kennet and Loddon Rooms

Named after two of Reading's rivers, these bright and airy rooms come with modern furnishings, air-conditioning and plasma screens. Both located on the first floor they have the capacity for up to 70 in a theatre layout and are popular for meetings, seminars and as breakout spaces during large conferences.
