Liverpool Experience Campus sits at Kings Dock on the city’s waterfront, placing delegates within easy reach of central Liverpool and major transport connections. Liverpool ONE Bus Station is around a five-minute walk away, while Liverpool Lime Street can be reached on foot or by a short taxi or bus journey. With 29 meeting rooms across the campus, there’s plenty of choice for board meetings, workshops, training sessions and conference breakouts. Spaces range from rooms for small groups to larger configurations holding more than 600 theatre-style, with layouts that can be adapted around the way you want to work.

From intimate industry awards to large-scale gala celebrations, the campus gives you room to make every winner's moment count. Hold the ceremony in the tiered auditorium, which seats 1,350, or turn one of the flexible exhibition halls into a dinner-and-awards setting built around your theme. Our in-house production team handles staging, lighting and AV. Levy's catering brings local produce to the table, and pre-dinner drinks in the glass-fronted Atrium overlooking the Mersey set the scene. With the Pullman hotel on site, guests can celebrate late without worrying about getting home.

Food and drink are a cornerstone of every event, driving connection amongst our guests. Our catering partners, Horseradish - Powered by Levy - are pioneers of innovative cooking, impeccable service and steadfast commitment to sustainability.

Their on-site team will work with you to develop elevated catering packages that combine Horseradish’s deep regional expertise with Levy’s national scale to provide a uniquely “Liverpool” experience or every delegate, served by local people using sustainable, local produce.

Our venues recognise the risks posed to the planet from climate change and the consequences of this change being felt by people all around the world. That is why they operate Meetings For Change & Better Banquets, where we offer the following climate commitments:

  • We Source in Season

    We prioritise British and seasonal produce. We have banned air freight.

  • We Swap at Scale

    Our menus are always plant-forward, with a choice of great-tasting alternative proteins. 60% of menus now need to be vegan, vegetarian, or plant-forward. A plant-forward recipe is one which prioritises plant ingredients e.g. vegetables, fruits, legumes, and grains but doesn’t necessarily eliminate all animal-based foods.

  • We Avoid Surplus

    We believe in zero waste. Whatever we’re cooking for your meeting or event our approach is root-to-stem, nose-to-tail. All our packaging is recycled or reusable.

  • We Stir the Pot

    All meat is sourced from the UK&I. All our fish is MCS 1-3. Our teas and coffees come from responsible suppliers. Our chocolate is Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certified.

  • LEX are serious about sustainability - and it shows. Now a carbon neutral event campus on the path to net zero by 2030, they've earned industry-leading accolades including Green Meetings Gold, Greener Arena certification and ECOsmart Platinum.
