Lime Lotto Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you may participate in the free prize draw described below (the “Promotion”).
    
2. The Promotion is operated by Lime Venue Portfolio, part of Compass Contract Services (U.K.) Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under number 02114954 whose registered office is at Parklands Court, 24 Parklands, Birmingham Great Park, Rubery, Birmingham B45 9PZ (the “Promoter”).
    
3. By entering the Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.  If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you should not enter the Promotion. If you enter the Promotion but subsequently seek not to accept the Terms and Conditions in full, you will not be eligible to win a Prize (as defined below).
    
4. The Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) who are over the age of 18.  
    
5. Employees of the Promoter (or its affiliated companies), or its sub-contracted operator, and their immediate families, or other persons professionally connected with the Promoter, the sub-contracted operator and the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
    
6. To enter the Promotion, you need to have confirmed an event booking with Lime Venue Portfolio and provided the required contact information so that you can be contacted should you be a Winner (as defined below).  
    
7. The Promotion opens on 1st April 2024 and shall run until 20th December 2024 (“Promotional Period”) although may be closed early at the Promoter’s sole discretion.  
    
8. All event confirmations received by Lime Venue Portfolio will be sent a ‘Lime Lotto’ scratch card(s) in the post to your work address, until such time all lotto cards have been dispatched or the promotion end date, whichever comes sooner. The event(s) can take place at any time, but must be confirmed through Lime Venue Portfolio during the Promotional Period.
    
9. You are under no obligation to post your reaction on your social media channels but if you do you must have sought permission from your organisation to post this. 
    
10. The prizes are 2 x £1000, 2 x £250, 20 x £100, 4 x £50, 5 x £20, 20 x £10, (pounds sterling) of Love 2 Shop Vouchers.
    
    
11. The Prizes are as stated only. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative or auctioned in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
    
    
12. In order to claim the prize, each prize winner must notify marketing@limevenueportfolio.com by 22nd of January 2025 to claim their prize, clearly demonstrating they have a winning Lime Lotto scratch card by quoting the reference number on the card.
    
    
13. The Prize Winners will be required to confirm their contact details. The Prize will then be sent to the Winner by email or post within 30 days of receipt of the Winner’s confirmation. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Prize which is not received by a Winner due to incorrect or incomplete contact details having been provided.
    
    
14. Any Prize returned to sender or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete details having been provided by a Winner will be deemed unwanted and that Winner's claim to a Prize will be forfeited. 
    
    
15. The Winner may be required to take part in reasonable post-award publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winners’ names and company names on its website and social media channels. 
      
16. The names of the Winners will be available upon request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter. 
    
    
17. By entering the Promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may use personal data relating to participants for the purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
    
    
18. Participants’ personal data will not otherwise be disclosed to third parties without the relevant participants’ prior consent.   
    
    
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or temporarily suspend the Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its reasonable control which make this unavoidable, with no liability to any participant or third party.  
    
    
20. We will manage your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data and can be found on our website at www.compass-group.co.uk/about/privacy-policy/  
    
    
21. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
    
    
22. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting the Prize.    
    
    
23. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

25. By claiming your prize you agree to having consulted your organisations gifts & hospitality policy and agree to these terms and conditions.
