On days that we are not racing the indoor facilities provide exclusive views and a unique ambiance that is perfect for wedding receptions, conferences, meetings, and exhibitions. For out door events such as horse and pony shows, dog shows or car rallies we have up to 90 stables and approximately 50 acres of flat grassland.

Throughout the year Wincanton provides a tranquil and undisturbed atmosphere to allow delegates to concentrate and maximize their input into your conference. With easy accessibility from the A303 and free parking your delegates are assured to arrive fresh and alert for the day's meeting.
Our facilities range from 12 breakout or seminar rooms for 5-20 people and conference rooms for up to 200 delegates. The rooms can be hired on a room only basis or we can tailor a delegate package to suit your requirements.
