We'll look at different types of weddings, ways to establish the couple's requirements, and in turn tailor make their venue visit to meet their needs. The workshop will also cover the best way to respond to initial enquries, prepare for the showround and how to deal with price resistance. This course is suitable for all Enquiry Handlers, Venue Wedding Co-ordinators and Event Planners.
