Lime Venue Portfolio is bringing you an exciting opportunity to experience five of our exceptional London venues, kickstarting with a tour of the impressive new ICC Expansion at Excel London, featuring 25,000sqm of brand-new modern meeting space. We’ll then travel over to the Kia Oval, the National Theatre, The Conduit, finishing at the QEII Centre for their Summer Showcase event.

Tube passes will be provided for travel between the venues.
10:00 - 11:45 — Excel London
We’ll begin the day at Excel London with an exclusive tour of the new Maritime Suite, showcasing this impressive and flexible space and its capabilities for conferences and large‑scale events.
A light refreshment break will be provided, giving you time to take in the space, ask questions, and network with fellow guests.
12:30 - 14:30 — The Kia Oval
Next, we’ll travel to the iconic Kia Oval for a guided site tour, exploring the venue’s unique combination of sporting heritage and contemporary event spaces.
Lunch will be served on site, offering a relaxed opportunity to refuel and continue conversations while enjoying views of this historic ground.
15:00 - 16:00 — National Theatre
Experience one of the UK’s most celebrated cultural institutions with a guided tour of the National Theatre. We’ll explore a selection of their distinctive spaces, learning how they can be transformed for creative and memorable events.
16:30 - 17:15 — The Conduit
Our next stop is The Conduit, a beautifully designed members’ club and events venue. Enjoy drinks on arrival, followed by a short tour highlighting the venue’s intimate event spaces.
17:45 — QEII Centre
We’ll conclude the day at the QEII Centre for their Summer show case event - not one to be missed - the venue is transformed in to an unrecognisable space.
