- 12:00 - 13:00: Check in at the Delta by Marriot Liverpool City Centre
- 14:00 - 15:00: Drinks reception hosted by the hotel on their terrace bar, including a showround of the hotel
- 15:30 - 15:45: Train to Aintree Racecourse
- 16:00 - 17:00: Arrival to Aintree, and hospitality hosted in an executive box
- 17:10: First race begins
- 20:40: Last race of the day
- 21:30: Return back to the hotel for a night cap
