Clients may select one complimentary upgrade or experience per qualifying booking, subject to availability and venue discretion.

The selected upgrade must be chosen at the time of booking confirmation and cannot be exchanged, amended, or substituted at a later date.

Complimentary upgrades have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be resold.

- Drink type, quantities and service arrangements will be agreed and confirmed at the time of booking.
- Any additional beverages outside the agreed allocation will be charged at standard venue rates.
