Win a Free Meeting Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you may participate in the free prize draw described below (the “Promotion”).
    
2. The Promotion is operated by Lime Venue Portfolio, part of Compass Contract Services (U.K.) Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under number 02114954 whose registered office is at Parklands Court, 24 Parklands, Birmingham Great Park, Rubery, Birmingham B45 9PZ (the “Promoter”).
    
3. By entering the Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.  If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you should not enter the Promotion. If you enter the Promotion but subsequently seek not to accept the Terms and Conditions in full, you will not be eligible to win a Prize (as defined below).
    
4. The Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) who are over the age of 18.  
    
5. Employees of the Promoter (or its affiliated companies), or its sub-contracted operator, and their immediate families, or other persons professionally connected with the Promoter, the sub-contracted operator and the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
    
6. To enter the Free Meeting Promotion, you need to have filled out our entry form from the email you received from us and provided the required contact information so that you can be contacted should you be a Winner (as defined below).  
   
   
7. The Promotion opens on 27th February 2023 and shall run until 31st March 2023 (“Promotional Period”) although may be closed early at the Promoter’s sole discretion.  
     
8. You are under no obligation to post your reaction on your social media channels but if you do you must have sought permission from your organisation to post this. 
    
9. The prizes are 1 x Free Meeting for up to 10 people at one of our venues. Subject to venue availability.
   
   
10. The Prizes are as stated only. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative or auctioned in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
    
    
11. We will draw the winner on 3rd of April 2023, and the winner will be contacted by email. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries submitted by participants on 3rd of April 2023. The winner must respond by 30th of April 2023 to claim their prize. They have until the 30th of September 2023 to book their free meeting through Lime Venue Portfolio.
    
    
12. The Prize Winner will be required to confirm their contact details. The Winner will then need to provide dates and venuue options for their free meeting to take place. This is subject to venue availability, and the winner may have to hold their meeting at an alternate venue to their preferred venue. We reserve the right to decline the enquired meeting based on venue availability, though we will aim to work with the winner to suggest an alternative date or venue.
    
    
13. If the Winner does not confirm their meeting with our Central Sales Team, the Winner will be deemed unwanted and that Winner's claim to a Prize will be forfeited. 
    
    
14. The Winner may be required to take part in reasonable post-award publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winners’ names and company names on its website and social media channels. 
      
15. The names of the Winners will be available upon request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter. 
    
    
16. By entering the Promotion, participants agree that the Promoter may use personal data relating to participants for the purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
    
    
17. When completing the form to enter the competition, participants are agreeing to join Lime Venue Portfolio's mailing list for marketing communications. Participants may opt-out at any time by clicking the opt-out link in received emails, or by emailing marketing@limevenueportfolio.com and asking to be removed from the mailing list.
    
    
18. Participants’ personal data will not otherwise be disclosed to third parties without the relevant participants’ prior consent.   
    
    
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or temporarily suspend the Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its reasonable control which make this unavoidable, with no liability to any participant or third party.  
    
    
20. We will manage your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data and can be found on our website at www.compass-group.co.uk/about/privacy-policy/  
    
    
21. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
    
    
22. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting the Prize.    
    
    
23. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

25. By claiming your prize you agree to having consulted your organisations gifts & hospitality policy and agree to these terms and conditions.
