- Main Plenary Room
Depending on the size of the group, either the Old Palace or the Riding School can be used for the main plenary room. The Old Palace can accommodate between 120 to 200 delegates with the Riding School more suited to numbers between 40 and 120.
- Exhibition Areas
The Old Palace offers the choice of the lower and upper solar rooms, the landing and also within the main meeting space (depending on numbers). Whereas the Riding School mezzanine level is the perfect space for exhibition stands and networking.
- Organiser's Office
Spaces available in the Old Palace include the lower and upper solar rooms as well as the landing area. The syndicate room in the Riding School creates an ideal organisers office.
- Breakout/Seminar Rooms
Breakout areas include the upper and lower solar rooms, the Old Palace landing, 2 syndicate rooms in the Riding School as well as the mezzanine level. If available the upper level of the Coach House Restaurant can also be hired as an additional space.
- Culinary Expertise
Refreshments and lunch will be served in the Old Palace at the back of the room whilst the mezzanine level in the Riding School is a great space to break out to.

To enhance your event there is the opportunity to have guided tours of Hatfield House including its beautiful gardens. Elizabethan entertainers and musicians can also be arranged to meet and greet your guests and are available to provide a short introduction to the Tudor history of the Old Palace and its links with Elizabeth I.
