An in depth look at the benefits of a customer physically seeing our venues and understanding the advantages a showround brings. We'll cover how to best prepare for the appointment, effective delivery, positive body language and how to overcome challenges. This course is suitable for all Enquiry Handlers and Event Planners that deal with customers face to face. There are four sessions in Module 4.
