What are your opening hours?
Our hotel is always open and reception is manned and available 24/7

Do you offer Parking at the hotel?
We have over 100 free parking spaces in a secure and monitored car park

Do you event spaces have natural daylight?
All the rooms at the hotel offer natural daylight and view of the grounds or Northamptonshire Countryside

Does the Venue have any outdoor space?
We have over 12 acres of outdoor woodland and space within the grounds, suitable for team building, sporting activities and Marquees, plus a tennis court

Do you meeting rooms have restricted views?
Even our largest event space are all free from pillars meaning all guests can sit in comfort and see the AV at the front of the room

Is Sedgebrook Hall DDA compliant? (Disability Discrimination Act 1995)
The hotel is fully DDA compliant with multiple wheel access points and ground floor adapted bedrooms

Do you offer Heating / Air Conditioning?
All of our meeting rooms offer Air Conditioning or heating and provisions are made in any case for those sensitive to temperature

We are able to offer packages to suit every client’s needs to include day delegate rates and room hire only rates as well as 24 hour rates to include accommodation

What’s included in a standard Day Delegate Package?
Meeting room hire
Unlimited servings of fresh tea, coffee & water
2 Course Hot & Cold buffet lunch with juice station
Projector, screen & flip chart
Filtered still & sparkling water
Conference Stationary

Is the venue suitable for meetings/banquets & weddings?
We have 22 flexible rooms including capacities for 200 theatre, 120 Cabaret, 150 Dinner Dance and 120 Banquet

What packages are available for booking an event?
We are able to offer packages to suit every client’s needs to include day delegate rates and room hire only rates as well as 24 hour rates to include accommodation

 When can I get access to my meeting room?
We have 24-hour reception, and will always try to be flexible with your requirements; we usually allow pre conference for set up.

Is AV included in your prices?
Some audio visual equipment is included in our delegate rates as standard, we are always able to hire in additional should you have the requirements.

Does offer free Wi-Fi?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Do you offer free room set-up the night before?
Should the room be available the night prior to the conference, we will be able to offer complimentary room set-up however, a fee would usually apply.

Can we have our event material delivered to Sedgebrook Hall prior to our event?
Event materials can be delivered up to two days prior to the event date, please contact your event coordinator to discuss procedures.

Does venue operate a preferred suppliers list?
We are happy to recommend local suppliers however, we do not have a preferred suppliers list so if you wish to use your own, you’re welcome.


Questions about catering

Can I bring in my own caterers?
Should you require speciality catering, this is something we are able to look at. However please speak to an event coordinator to discuss your requirements

Can Sedgebrook Hall cater for special dietary requests?
We are able to cater for all dietary or religious requirements in your party. 

Can I bring my own wine/drinks for my event?
Corkage is an option, please contact us for full pricing and details.
