Overview

Bristol Museum and Art Gallery provides an elegant setting for entertaining on a grand or an intimate scale, in the heart of the city. The Wills and Winterstoke halls on the ground floor are the main spaces available for hire; along with the ground floor galleries, containing a range of temporary exhibitions and permanent displays.

We can offer your guests a unique experience, by tailoring a package to suit your individual event needs.

Winterstoke Hall creates an immediate impression on guests as they arrive. An area particularly suited to champagne receptions or pre-dinner drinks, a private view of the ancient exhibits in the Egypt and Assyria galleries can also be arranged.

The Wills Hall, named after the Museum’s benefactor, is a wonderfully elegant venue with high glass roof, arched balconies, grand staircase and marble floor. It is adaptable for large or small events from cocktail receptions or private dinners to banquets and theatre-style presentations.
