Safe Meetings - Aviva Stadium

Aviva Stadium understands the importance of meeting face to face, so we have taken several steps to create a safe environment for you to do so. We have worked closely with our healthcare and cleaning partners to develop a robust cleaning and sanitation programme to ensure all areas within the stadium are safe and thoroughly cleaned ahead of re-opening. This new procedure will carry on once open and all meeting rooms will be sanitised and cleaned between each use.

In advance of your event, the event manager will work closely with you to ensure all necessary precautions are followed and addressed. The seating in the rooms will be configured to adhere to social distancing guidelines and antibacterial wipes will be available in all meeting rooms and at key touch points. There will be increased cleaning on these key touchpoints within the meeting areas, which will be monitored throughout the day by our staff that are fully trained in disinfection techniques and deep cleaning. The meeting spaces within the stadium have new floor markings in place to outline social distancing, and we also use digital screens for reminders to guests to maintain social distancing within the event and catering spaces.

As an additional reassurance to our guests, we are utilising our larger spaces to be used by smaller groups to allow social distancing to take place during your event in line with Government guidelines. We will work with event organisers to implement a one-way system to and from the meeting space as well as stagger both arrival and break times of guests for each event. Clear instructions on delegate access points will be provided in advance for distribution to guests. Diary management will also be maintained to keep events apart within in the stadium.

Our culinary team have been busy recreating our menus to allow our food offerings to be adapted to ensure the safety of our guests, while also maintaining our high standard in catering. We now have a range of hot and cold food boxes made on site by our chefs in the kitchen and served in the catering space ensuring there is no open food containers. Staff members serving the food will be supplied with personal protective equipment and there will be hand sanitiser at each food station for guests to use. There will be additional catering stations to minimise queueing and at tea and coffee stations, all drinks will be served to guests. All cups and crockery used will be disposable, but fully recycable.
