Jo Austin and Tracey Astles have been awarded high profile promotions following the growth of Lime Venue Portfolio last year and the brand’s continued ambition in the events industry.
Tracey has been promoted to the position of Head of Sales at Lime Venue Portfolio, replacing Jo Austin, who is now Sales Director for both Lime Venue Portfolio and sister company Keith Prowse.
The portfolio of unique and unusual venues delivered a budget of over £42m across its venues in 2015, demonstrating another period of year on year expansion. It also announced a series of new contract wins including IWM Duxford, HMS Belfast, Churchill War Rooms and Weston Park which further enhanced its ability to offer customers greater choice.
Lime Venue Portfolio put the continued performance down to the exceptionally high quality and choice of its venues, its collaborative approach with customers and its excellence in sales and marketing. As a division of Levy Restaurants UK, the group has benefited from its strong venue partnerships and the ability to deliver restaurant quality food framed through a solid hospitality and culinary ethos.
Both will now look to drive the business forward with Lime Venue Portfolio is focusing on the development of its central team of sales and marketing professionals, ready to both create demand across the portfolio but also continue to service the increasing amount of event planners looking to use unique venues.
“Lime Venue Portfolio is a vitally important asset for our business. It’s a great support resource for our venue clients, and a strong brand within the meetings and events market,” comments Colin Bailey, Managing Director of Levy Restaurants UK. “It’s important to us that the brand continues to deliver for our customers and to grow in line with our wider businesses strategy.”
