Event entrepreneur and presenter of The Guestlist Podcast, Jason Allan Scott will take over the Presidency of ILEA UK Chapter following the tenure of Alistair Turner next summer (2017). The announcement follows the chapter’s successful AGM and completes the current board.
Scott will support Turner and the Board in its mission to grow the footprint of the association and continue to lead the industry’s relationships with business and brands. “Our job at ILEA UK is to represent and talk to both the events community and the business & brand community, and there are few better people doing this in the industry than Jason at the moment,” commented Alistair Turner, President ILEA UK Chapter. “Jason has been a massive contributor to ILEA over the last few years and will continue the amazing work being done within the association at the moment.”
Scott is also both host and producer of The Guestlist Podcast, a weekly Podcast where he talks to inspiring entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, wannaprenuers and event professionals. The show is in its third season and has picked up tens of thousands of listeners from both within and outside of the events industry, it is also on the Apple iTunes New & Noteworthy list.
