Our Partners and Values

As part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, our wider family of brands bring you the food and service experiences that power your event day.

Compass Group UK & Ireland make great tasting food and deliver the support services that can transform every day into a great day. All of the little things that make the world of difference and boost the well-being of millions. We are all here to inspire, protect, nourish and energise.

We are committed to doing all this as responsibly as possible. Alongside our number one operational priority of Safety First, our Group corporate responsibility strategy has four pillars: Sourcing, People, Environment and Health.

Sourcing: We take great care to find ethical, sustainable products. We choose to work with suppliers who manage their social and environmental impacts ethically and responsibly.

People: Our business is people-powered: they are the heart and soul of what we do. From offering a range of apprenticeships at all levels to championing diversity throughout the business, we help colleagues to excel in their job.

Environment: We know where our biggest impacts are, and where our efforts can make the most difference. Reducing and efficiently processing the amount of waste we produce is our main focus, whether that is the food we throw away, packaging or general waste.

Health: We are finding ways to reduce fat, salt and sugar from our menus. Eating a nutritious, balanced diet is the cornerstone of wellbeing while a poor diet can eventually lead to a great many health problems. Every week, we feed people all over the country making us uniquely placed to help people make better choices about their-diet and lifestyle.
