Sports Food Services
From cricket matches, golf championships and tennis tournaments, to football and rugby internationals, we deliver catering services to all manner of sporting events and venues. We are the food service provider to stadia such as the All England Lawn Tennis Club, the Brit Oval, Twickenham and the Millennium Stadium. We are also delighted to have recently been awarded the contract to operate the catering services at the new 50,000 seat stadium in Dublin, the home of Rugby & Football in Ireland. In addition to Stadia we provide hospitality and retail food service at many high profile racecourses including Cheltenham, Aintree and Goodwood. We also cater at prestigious golf events such as the Ryder Cup.
Leisure Food Services
From the BRITS to the Last Night of the Proms, our Leisure team has a legacy of providing quality food at museums, arts, performance and historic venues as well as exhibition and conference centres. We provide function and banqueting catering to cultural and arts venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Glyndebourne as well as to conference, exhibition and entertainment centres including the O2 Arena, the Nottingham Ice Arena, ExCel and the Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre. We also manage and operate restaurants, cafes and bars in celebrated buildings and major visitor attractions throughout the country including Bristol Zoo, the Manchester Art Gallery and the Royal Academy of Arts.
Corporate Hospitality
Our Corporate Hospitality team market and sell corporate hospitality packages to sport and leisure events. Keith Prowse was the first company to introduce the concept of reserved seating in 1780 and today continues to be a leader and innovator in the provision, marketing and management of corporate hospitality with high profile venue appointments including Lord’s Cricket Ground and the All England Lawn Tennis Club. We also offer an independent booking and consultancy service for companies looking to outsource their hospitality through dedicated account management teams and an on-line booking capability. We specialise in joint ventures with sports bodies and venues such as Twickenham and the Oval and we are the largest corporate hospitality and event provider in the UK.
Venue Support Services
Our added value services include the marketing and selling of conferences and banquets and the provision of facilities management services. Leisure Support Services is a joint venture between us and the OCS Group and deliver a range of cleaning, security, maintenance, hygiene, environmental and horticultural support services. Our purchasing team leverages the purchasing strength of Compass Group to buy food and non-food related items more cost effectively for clients. The sales team within Compass Group UK & Ireland consists of eighty professionals who are predominantly from operational backgrounds, and consequently have gained an in depth knowledge in catering and support services industries.

Eurest Services
Business & Industry specialises in delivering food and support services to work environments. Whether as a stand-alone catering contract, a bundled package of catering and support services, or as a fully outsourced integrated service solution, we can offer the full range of soft and hard support services – from catering, cleaning, mail, security and reception to building and grounds maintenance, logistics and project management services.
Specialist Markets
Our Specialist Markets team has the task of selling to health, education, defence and government clients; winning contracts which make a meaningful contribution to the running of the country. Specialist knowledge is required to support the implementation of nutritious menus into the education sector. Scolarest (our brand for primary and secondary schools, and student services), for example, serves one in every 10 meals within the school meals market. We provide the healthcare sector with the most stringent standards of food safety and hygiene to deliver nutritious food offerings and exceptionally clean environments for staff, patients and visitors.
