HBAA 2009
The HBAA represents the collective interest of all parties involved in the procurement and management of conference, meetings and accommodation in the UK and internationally. By drawing together all these parties, the HBAA ensures that high standards are set and expectations met. By playing an active role in the HBAA we are able to stay up to date with customer needs and at the forefront of new initiatives.
ISES 2009 (International Special Events Society)
The mission of ISES is to educate, advance and promote the special events industry and its network of professionals. Membership brings together professionals from a variety of events disciplines including caterers, meeting planners, decorators, event planners, audio-visual suppliers, journalists, hotel and venue managers and many more.

Eventia’s vision is to be recognised as the collective voice at the heart of the events community. It delivers this to its members through training & education events, being a point of contact for organisers, and a marketing channel for the events industry.
2012 Fair Price Charter
Lime Venue Portfolio is pleased to add our name to the 2012 UK Events Industry Fair Pricing & Practice Charter created by tourism bodies Visit London and VisitBritain. Following criticisms over the costs that previous host cities have faced, by signing up to this voluntary charter, we have agreed to abide by a "fair price" policy during the Olympics to sustain business value surrounding the Games and become more accessible to Olympic event planners.
