Roux at RICS
World-famous chef Michel Roux Jr. has opened his new restaurant at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) offices at Parliament Square. The restaurant is the result of an agreement between RICS and Compass Group's Restaurant Associates and forms part of a long-term relationship to market and manage conference and banqueting events at RICS’ headquarters under the Roux Fine Dining brand.

“This is an exciting opportunity for leading brands in their own rights to come together to create a unique dining and venue experience; the first fully commercial fine dining experience in Parliament Square,” said Sean Tompkins, RICS Chief Operating Officer.

The restaurant, which marks the last major milestone in the refurbishment of RICS’ headquarters, seats 56 and includes a private dining room for up to 10 people. The Bar at Roux at Parliament Square seats an additional 30 people and serves snacks and light dishes. RICS members receive a 10% discount at Roux at Parliament Square on presentation of their membership card.
